I cannot enable the camera on Android to scan QR codes
## Overview
If the camera cannot be enabled on Android, check the app's site settings.
## 1. Open Site settings from the app icon
On the Android home screen, long-press the app icon and tap "Site settings".
## 2. Turn on Camera
If "Camera" is turned off, turn it on.
## 3. If that does not work, check from Chrome
Open Chrome, tap the menu icon on the right side of the address bar, then open "Settings" > "Site settings" > "Camera" and turn on "Camera".
## 4. If QR codes still cannot be scanned
Reopen the app or restart the device, then try scanning the QR code again.
