Send Balance to Another Member

This guide explains how to send balance to another member, such as a friend or family member. This feature is available only when the service provider allows it.

On the Home screen, go to “Give” and tap “Give Balance”. If this button is not shown, this e-money does not support sending balance.

Search for a recipient, or select “Create Code to Send”. Search options and availability depend on the service provider’s settings.

Enter the amount to send. Depending on the e-money settings, you may be able to choose between “Balance” and “Points”.

To include a message, tap “Add Message” and enter your message. If you do not want to add a message, you can tap “Send Now”.

If you selected a recipient, check the details and tap “Confirm”.

If you selected “Create Code to Send”, share the code or URL with the recipient. The transfer is completed when the recipient accepts it. Make sure you have enough balance until the recipient accepts it.
