Someone else may have used the same phone number in the past.
- Mobile phone numbers are limited, so a number can be reused after the previous owner cancels their contract.
- If the previous owner did not close their e-money account, an existing account may be found for the phone number you currently use.
- To log in to that account, additional authentication such as a verification code sent to the registered email address is required. You cannot log in if you cannot receive the verification code.
- If it is not your account or you cannot continue registration, contact the e-money service provider or Pokepay support.
