I cannot register or log in

If you cannot register or log in, try the checks below.

Check the phone number or email address you are using, then enter it again.

Some phones automatically correct typed text. If the phone number or email address was changed automatically, enter it manually.

2. Check whether your phone can receive SMS

Confirm that your mobile phone plan can receive SMS.

If you use a low-cost mobile plan or MVNO, your plan may not support SMS. Contact your mobile carrier if you are not sure.

Your email app may have moved the email with the verification code to the spam folder. Check the spam folder and other filtered folders.

Check that an email address is linked to the LINE account you are using.

Also check whether you allowed email address access on the LINE authorization screen. If email access was not allowed, unlink the connection once, allow email address access, and try again. You can also choose another login method if one is available.
