Overview

To use an e-money service, start by registering a new member account.

Prepare the phone number or email address you want to use for registration. Available registration methods and required profile details may differ by e-money service.

1. Tap “Register new account”

On the first screen, tap “Register new account”.

If a screen appears for choosing a registration method, select the method you want to use.

2. Enter your phone number or email address

If you register with a phone number, enter a phone number that can receive SMS, then tap “Send code”.

If you register with an email address, enter the email address you want to use for login, then tap “Continue”.

3. Enter the verification code

Enter the verification code you receive by SMS or email, then tap “Continue”.

💡 If the verification code does not arrive If you do not receive the verification code after waiting for a while, try the following.

• Send the code again.
• If you are registering with a phone number, receive the code by phone call.

4. Enter any additional registration information

Depending on the e-money service, you may need to enter additional information such as your name or another contact method. Follow the instructions shown on the screen.
