Charge Your Balance

This guide explains how to charge your e-money balance. Available charge methods differ depending on the e-money settings.

Tap “Charge” on the Home screen, then select “Charge in person”.

Tell the cashier or staff member how much you want to charge.

Hand the cash to the staff.

Tap “Show QR Code” and show your QR code to the staff. When the completion screen appears, the charge is complete.

⚠️ If the app shows that the service is in demo mode, the service has not officially started yet. Actual transactions are not processed, so do not hand over cash.

Tap “Charge” on the Home screen, then select “Credit Card” or a registered card.

If no card is registered, register a card from the “Select a Card to Use” screen. You may need to set or enter your PIN Code for Charge when charging by card.

Select a charge amount or enter an amount. Available amounts and input units depend on the e-money settings.

Check the details and tap “Charge”. If 3D Secure authentication is required, complete the authentication on the payment service provider page.

When the completion screen appears, the charge is complete.

⚠️ If the app shows that the service is in demo mode, you can test the flow with a test card. No actual charge is made.

You can charge transferred balance or received gifts by entering a code.

  1. Tap “Charge” on the Home screen
  2. Tap “Code” on the “Select Charge Method” screen
  3. Enter the code and tap “Continue”

Whether code charge is available depends on the e-money settings.
