I cannot install the app
## Overview
If you cannot install the app, check the browser and device settings first.
## 1. Use the recommended browser
On iPhone, open the e-money website in Safari.
On Android, open the e-money website in Chrome.
## 2. Restart the device
The page or install files may not have loaded correctly. Restart the device, then open the e-money website again.
## 3. Try another device
If installation still does not work, try installing the app on another device.
