Cancel a Transaction
## Overview
You can cancel a transaction when the payment amount was wrong or a transaction needs to be reversed.
After a transaction is finalized, directly editing the amount is restricted to keep the data consistent. Cancel the transaction first, then create the correct transaction again.
## Cancel a Transaction
You can cancel a transaction with the following steps.
1. Tap "Transactions" in the navigation bar.
2. Tap the transaction you want to cancel.
3. Tap "Cancel" in the top right.
4. Review the confirmation screen and enter a message to the member if needed.
5. Tap "Continue Cancel".

> Pokepay does not automatically sync cancellation operations with external systems. If you manage transactions together with a POS register, ordering system, or another service, also cancel the transaction in that service.
