All plans include Pokepay’s basic features, such as app usage, payment features, and member management.
Each plan sets the number of Shops available, so choose the plan that fits your business.
Additional Fees
Section titled “Additional Fees”In addition to the base fee, fees apply when you use the items below.
1. Sending Fees
Section titled “1. Sending Fees”SMS and Voice Calls
These are mainly used for member registration and login. Actual-cost fees apply when SMS messages or voice calls are sent to registered phone numbers. They do not apply if “Login with phone number or email” is turned off in member settings.

|---|---|
| SMS sending fee | 10 yen per send |
| Voice call fee | 20 yen per call |
✅ Push notifications are free to use.
Push notifications used for in-app messages, balance expiration notices, and similar notifications are free to use.
✅ LINE login and Google login are free to use.
If SMS and voice call fees are a concern, we recommend setting only LINE login or Google login, which can authenticate members for free.
2. Adding Shops
Section titled “2. Adding Shops”If you add Shops as an option, the specified additional fee applies.
For details, see the pricing page.
3. Stripe Fees (When Using the Optional Credit Card Charge Feature)
Section titled “3. Stripe Fees (When Using the Optional Credit Card Charge Feature)”When members charge by credit card, the specified fees from the payment service provider Stripe apply.
💡 These fees are charged by the payment service provider and are not Pokepay fees. The fee amount is automatically deducted from the deposit amount, so no separate payment procedure is required. For details, see Stripe’s pricing page.
