Integrate with Smaregi

Overview

Pokepay provides an optional Smaregi integration feature. You can launch Pokepay from Smaregi and automatically enter the transaction amount.

This is useful for shops with many transactions because it reduces duplicate entry and input mistakes.

Operation Flow

After the integration is enabled, you can launch Pokepay from Smaregi and make transactions with the following steps.

1. In Smaregi, tap “Deposit Entry” and proceed with checkout.
2. Tap “Add Payment Method”.
3. Tap “Pokepay”, then tap “Yes” in the dialog.
4. Pokepay opens automatically. Follow the on-screen guidance to complete the transaction.
5. On the transaction completion screen, tap “Done” to return to Smaregi automatically.

Setup

To use Smaregi integration, you need to configure both Smaregi and Pokepay.

Smaregi Setup

Configure “Pokepay for Shops - Transaction Integration” from Smaregi App Market.

Follow the on-screen guidance in Smaregi.

Pokepay Setup

First, enable Smaregi integration in Cashier Mode settings.

1. Open Cashier Mode.
2. Tap “Cashier Mode Settings”.
3. Tap “Smaregi” under external integrations.
4. Turn on “Integrate with Smaregi”.

Next, enable Smaregi integration for each Shop that will use it.

1. Open “Menu” → “Shops”.
2. Select the Shop that will use Smaregi integration.
3. Turn on “Smaregi Integration”.

Fees

The Pokepay Smaregi integration feature has an optional fee. A monthly fee of 3,000 yen, tax included, applies for each linked Smaregi shop as of May 2026.

The number of linked Shops is calculated automatically and can be checked from “Plan and Usage”.

Notes

If you issue multiple e-money services in Pokepay, the e-money last opened in the Pokepay app is selected automatically.

If the Pokepay app is showing the e-money selection screen, Smaregi cannot launch the integration. Open one e-money service in Pokepay before using the integration.
