Pokepay aims to provide a safe and secure e-money service.
For safety, use of the service may be stopped if there is a violation of the terms of use or a method of use that conflicts with the laws of the service area.
## Behavior During a Usage Restriction
During a usage restriction, only payment transactions can be made. New transactions such as charges and Point Rewards cannot be made.
## Behavior During a Freeze
During a freeze, no transactions can be made.
