Configure Point Rebate Settings
Overview
Section titled “Overview”You can configure Point Rebate settings for your e-money.
Use Point Rebate as an incentive for members to use the app and return to your shop.
💡 Hint
Optimizing Point Rebate settings can help encourage repeat visits. Configure the settings to match your business type and customer relationship.
Contact support if you need help deciding the settings.
Turn on Points
Section titled “Turn on Points”- Tap Menu > E-money Settings > Points.
- Turn on Use Points Feature.
Configure Point Rebate
Section titled “Configure Point Rebate”- Select Redeem points when paying or Redeem points when charging.
- Select the Point Rebate method.
- Configure the rebate details.
- Tap Save.
ℹ️ Changes are applied when you tap Save. If the change is large, consider notifying members in advance so they are not confused.
Point Rebate Methods
Section titled “Point Rebate Methods”There are two Point Rebate calculation methods.
Set Rebate Rate
Section titled “Set Rebate Rate”You can set a percentage-based rebate according to the transaction amount.
ℹ️ Example settings
- 5% back on payment amount
- 3% back on charge amount
Optional settings include:
- Include points used in payment for payment transactions.
- Minimum amount for Point Rebate.
- Truncation amount for calculating rebates by a fixed amount range.
This method is recommended when you want to encourage members to return.
Set to Value
Section titled “Set to Value”You can set fixed or percentage rebate values by transaction amount.
ℹ️ Example settings
- 100 points for spending 1,000 coin or more
- 500 points for spending 2,000 coin or more
Use this method when you want to set fixed point amounts by amount range, encourage larger charges, or increase transaction value.
