What Should I Do When Billing Fails?
Overview
Section titled “Overview”If plan billing fails because a credit card has expired or cannot be charged, service may be restricted or suspended.
To resume service, you may need to renew the payment information and pay unpaid fees.
Billing Failed
Section titled “Billing Failed”Tap Renew at the top of the screen and renew the credit card or payment information.
Billing Failed - Restricted
Section titled “Billing Failed - Restricted”Tap Renew at the top of the screen and renew the credit card or payment information.
Billing Failed - Suspended
Section titled “Billing Failed - Suspended”You need to pay unpaid fees to resume service.
For settlement, contact support from the app through Contact Support or another available support method.
