View Member Details
## Overview
You can view a member's transaction history, balance, and profile.
You can also handle member-specific actions such as member notes, tags, messages, and Point Reward from the member details screen.
## View Member Details
Follow these steps to view member details.
1. Tap "Menu" in the navigation bar.
2. Tap "Members".
3. Tap the member whose details you want to view.
1. Use "Summary" to check the latest transactions, member notes, tags, and statistics.
2. Use "Balance" to check the current balance, expiration dates, and expired balance.
3. Use "Profile" to check the member name, Member ID, email address, phone number, and current login methods.
