Window Settings When Using Pokepay on iPad
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Recent versions of iPadOS have improved features such as Stage Manager and windowed display, which let you arrange multiple apps freely.
However, for the Pokepay for Shops app, we recommend using full screen, which displays only one app, to keep camera scanning and operations accurate during payments.
Settings We Do Not Recommend and Why
Section titled “Settings We Do Not Recommend and Why”If you use the app in windowed display or Stage Manager mode, the app may not work correctly or may become difficult to operate.
Camera Display Problems
Section titled “Camera Display Problems”In windowed display or Stage Manager, the camera preview orientation may not display correctly, and QR codes may not scan smoothly.
Smaller Operation Screen
Section titled “Smaller Operation Screen”If the window size is reduced, buttons, text, and other elements may appear extremely small. This can cause incorrect operations, such as mistakes when entering amounts.
Broken Layout
Section titled “Broken Layout”On some screens, buttons may overlap or scrolling may stop working correctly.
Recommended: Switch to Full Screen
Section titled “Recommended: Switch to Full Screen”For reliable and smooth payments, configure the app to use full screen with the steps below.
Change from the Settings App
Section titled “Change from the Settings App”- Open the Settings app from the iPad home screen.
- Select “Multitasking & Gestures” from the left menu.
- Select “Full Screen Apps” from the options at the top of the screen.
