Recommended App Environment

For stable use, we recommend using Pokepay in the following environment.

  • The latest version of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS.
  • A device that supports the version above.
  • The latest or previous version of Android OS.
  • A device released in 2021 or later with a Snapdragon 7xx or higher CPU.
    • We do not recommend using devices with Snapdragon 6xx or lower CPUs, or devices with non-Qualcomm CPUs such as MediaTek or Intel.
  • The app currently cannot be operated from a PC (Windows).

  • The web admin screen is being prepared. Check announcements from support for availability.

  • Fiber-optic internet connection with Wi-Fi.
  • If you use a network environment based on a mobile phone line, such as a mobile Wi-Fi router, usage may become unstable depending on line conditions. We recommend using a fixed-line connection.
