Recommended App Environment
## Recommended Environment for Pokepay
For stable use, we recommend using Pokepay in the following environment.
## Devices
### iPhone, iPad, Mac with Apple silicon
- The latest version of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS.
- A device that supports the version above.
### Android
- The latest or previous version of Android OS.
- A device released in 2021 or later with a Snapdragon 7xx or higher CPU.
- We do not recommend using devices with Snapdragon 6xx or lower CPUs, or devices with non-Qualcomm CPUs such as MediaTek or Intel.
### Other Environments
- The app currently cannot be operated from a PC (Windows).
- The web admin screen is being prepared. Check announcements from support for availability.
## Network Environment
- Fiber-optic internet connection with Wi-Fi.
- If you use a network environment based on a mobile phone line, such as a mobile Wi-Fi router, usage may become unstable depending on line conditions. We recommend using a fixed-line connection.
