Check Total Balance, Members, and Transaction Totals for a Period

Overview

Reports let you check total balance, member counts, and transaction totals for a specific period.

You can also filter by shop to review each shop’s daily results.

Open Reports

You can open Reports with the following steps.

1. Tap “Menu” in the navigation bar.
2. Tap “Reports”.

Filter by Period

You can show reports for a specific period with the following steps.

1. Tap the calendar icon in the top right and select the display interval.
   1. Daily
   2. Weekly
   3. Monthly
   4. Yearly
2. Tap the calendar icon in the top right and select the period to move to.
   1. When daily display is selected:
      1. Show today
      2. Move to a specific day
   2. When weekly display is selected:
      1. Show this week
      2. Move to the week of a specific day
      3. Change the first day of the week
   3. When monthly display is selected:
      1. Show this month
      2. Move to a specific month
   4. When yearly display is selected:
      1. Show this year
      2. Move to a specific year

Filter by Shop

You can show reports for a specific shop with the following steps.

1. Tap the shop selection button. The default is “All Shops”.
2. Select a shop.
   1. Active
      1. Select one shop from active shops.
   2. Closed
      1. Select one shop from closed shops.

ℹ️ Total Balance, Members, and Balance Expiration are shown only when “All Shops” is selected.
