Set Maximum Amounts
⚠️ To protect members, changes after service launch require re-review and a member notification period.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”You can set the maximum charged balance each member can hold and the maximum amount for each transaction.
Configure these settings together with expiration dates so they fit your business.
The charged-balance limits (maximum charged balance per member, maximum charge amount) are hidden while the e-money is running in points-only mode. See Configure the Charge Feature for the details.
Set Maximum Amounts
Section titled “Set Maximum Amounts”Open Menu → E-money Settings in the navigation bar, then follow the steps below for the limit you want to change.
Set maximum charged balance per member
Section titled “Set maximum charged balance per member”- Tap Charge.
- Tap Maximum charged balance per member.
- Enter the maximum amount and tap Save changes.
Set maximum charge per transaction
Section titled “Set maximum charge per transaction”- Tap Charge.
- Tap Maximum charge amount.
- Enter the maximum amount and tap Save changes.
Set payment limit per transaction
Section titled “Set payment limit per transaction”- Tap Payment.
- Tap Payment limit.
- Enter the maximum amount and tap Save changes.
You can also select No Limit if you do not want to set a payment limit.
