How Can I Contact Support?

If you have questions about using Pokepay or encounter a problem, contact support from the Creator App.

Chat AI is available for flexible answers. When asking AI, write a full sentence with details instead of only entering keywords.

  1. Tap Menu in the navigation bar.
  2. Tap Help and Contact.
  3. Select the support method you want to use.

Choose the support channel that matches your situation.

  • Consult with Chat AI
    • AI answers questions about Pokepay 24 hours a day.
    • Useful for quick questions and operation checks.
  • Book an Online Consultation
    • You can consult while sharing a screen on Google Meet.
    • Recommended for detailed operation walkthroughs or complex questions. Reservation is required.
  • Consult via Message
    • Send text messages to Pokepay specialists from the app.
    • You can attach images. The app notifies you when a reply arrives.
  • Phone
    • Use this when you want to speak directly with support.
    • Phone support is available from 10:00 to 19:00 on PocketChange business days. If support is unavailable, they will return your call.
  • Email
    • Use the contact form when you want to explain details in text or attach images or files.
