Suspend a Member Account
## Overview
This feature temporarily restricts a member's access to their account.
Use it only when unauthorized use, malicious use, or repeated violations after warnings have been confirmed.
Suspending an account does not delete it. You can reactivate the account by lifting the suspension.

- **Use this carefully because it restricts a member's freedom.**
- The issuer is responsible for using this feature. Pocket Change, Inc., the provider of Pokepay, assumes no responsibility for the use of this feature.
- Only owners or staff with the necessary permissions can use this feature.
- Do not abuse this feature. It restricts the member's rightful access to their e-money balance. Do not use it for reasons such as "I don't like them" or "I don't want them to come."
## Suspend a Member Account
Follow these steps to suspend a member account.
1. Tap "Menu" in the navigation bar.
2. Tap "Admin".
3. Tap "Advanced Features".
4. Tap "Suspend Member Account".
5. Tap "Register".
6. Review the feature description and notes, then tap "Continue".
7. Select the member to suspend.
8. Review the selected member on the confirmation screen.
9. Tap "Suspend Account".
10. Review the confirmation dialog and tap "Continue".
ℹ️ **About Suspended Accounts**
- An email notification is sent to the suspended member.
- The member cannot log in and their account use is restricted.
- You can reactivate the account at any time by lifting the suspension.
## Lift a Member Account Suspension
Follow these steps to reactivate a suspended member account.
1. Tap "Menu" in the navigation bar.
2. Tap "Admin".
3. Tap "Advanced Features".
4. Tap "Suspend Member Account".
5. Select the suspended member you want to reactivate.
6. In the member details profile, tap "Lift Account Suspension".
7. Review the confirmation dialog and execute the action.
